Returns and Refunds

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of their decision by sending a clear statement to the email address tutamo@gmail.com or by mail to the following address: Tutamo, ul. Kobierzycka 15C/5, 52-315 Wrocław.

The customer is responsible for returning the goods at their own expense to Tutamo, ul. Kobierzycka 15C/5, 52-315 Wrocław, promptly, but no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract.

The seller will refund all payments received from the customer, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the seller), promptly, but no later than 14 days from the day the returned goods are received.

Complaints

The seller is obliged to deliver goods free from physical and legal defects.

If any defects are found in the goods, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

Complaints can be submitted in writing to the following address: Tutamo, ul. Kobierzycka 15C/5, 52-315 Wrocław.

The seller will process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
