What is the delivery time?
We usually ship orders on the next business day. All products available for purchase are in stock. The standard delivery time is typically two business days.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. We’ll make sure the package is prepared in a gift-friendly way. If you prefer the parcel to exclude the receipt or any price details, just let us know in the order notes. You can also add a short message for the recipient — we’ll gladly include it.
Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order. Just contact us by email and let us know which item you’d like to exchange. Once we receive the package, we’ll promptly ship the replacement item of your choice.
Can I return a product?
Yes, at Tutamo you can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

How should I wash hoodie blankets?
Tutamo hoodie blankets should be washed at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid any bleaching agents. To help maintain the original color, you can add a color-catcher sheet to the wash. After washing, let the hoodie blanket air dry — avoid tumble drying to preserve the softness and fluffiness of the fabric.
