The seller is the administrator of personal data.

Customer's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and for marketing purposes, provided the customer has given their consent.

The customer has the right to access their personal data, correct it, and request its deletion.

Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. Changes will take effect 14 days after their publication on the store's website.

In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Any disputes arising from the application of these terms and conditions will be settled by the court competent for the seller's registered office.
